In the late 90s, Frank McKee, Sr. and Frank McKee, Jr. purchased the former Wildwood Yacht Basin. As avid boaters themselves, the McKee's wanted to extend their interests in the boating and marine markets. They initiated an extensive repair and rehabilitation of the Wildwood Yacht Basin site, transforming it into Schooner Island Marina, recently named by (a monthly periodical) as "one of the top ten destination marinas on the east coast."

Headquartered in Springfield, PA, the company is a leading builder of homes throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. The company specializes in creating 55+ resort-style communities, and has been recognized with many awards for the design of its communities, homes, and clubhouse facilities, as well as for site development and construction quality.
